Can you imagine no longer feeling stuck in life? Or no longer comparing yourself to others and instead feeling confident and in control.
Collaborative Health Therapy is rooted in the belief that healing and growth are most effective when the therapist and client work together as partners.
This approach fosters a relationship of mutual respect, trust, and shared responsibility, where both parties actively contribute to the therapeutic process.
The foundation of my practice is the idea that you, as the client, are the expert in your own life, and my role as therapist is to guide, support, and empower you as you navigate your personal journey.
Let’s work together to create the life you’ve always wanted with enhanced self-worth, healthier relationships and hope for the future.
I work with a wide range of concerns—whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin.
I offer virtual services across Ontario and in-person services in Cambridge, Ontario, located at 42 Grand Avenue North.
